Our apartment designed for 4 people (2 adults 2 children) is fully equipped, tv, internet via fiber, located in a luxury residence with swimming pool (from May 1st to September 30th), private parking space in underground garage (no extra charge).
The green environment of the Exflora Park located opposite will offer you one of the best settings for successful stays.
The apartment (F2 of 31m²) is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) with views of the square and the hills.
You will have a pleasant living space with a living room equipped with a sofa bed (width 130 cm), a television, internet via fiber (wifi), a dining table and its 4 chairs.
The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, grill, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary crockery.
There is also a bathroom, a hairdryer and a separate toilet.
You will also find an iron and its table, a vacuum cleaner and a mop.
The apartment has 2 beds to accommodate up to 4 people:
- a bedroom with a comfortable bed of 140x190, a large built-in cupboard,
- a sofa bed in the living room with a bed of 130x190.
