Appartamento molto carino e confortevole internamente in un tipico complesso residenziale di vacanze tipico della Costa Azzurra (stile residence molto grande). La proprietaria gentile e disponibile nel chek in/out.

L'appartamento non si trova ad Antibes, ma solo dopo Juan les Pins (quindi è necessaria la macchina, anche se è tutto abbastanza vicino). Siamo stati molto poco (solo 1 notte di passaggio), ma qualche informazione pratica in più sarebbe stata opportuna e e piacevole (bar, ristoranti, accesso al mare: banalmente nel residence accanto c'era un cancello con guardia e orari di apertura e chiusura, ecc.).

The location is fantastic. The sea and the beach are beautiful, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. It is a wonderful place to relax and explore the French Riviera. The host was responsive and quickly replaced the broken kettle, fan, and other missing items when we informed her.

We stayed here at the end of July and beginning of August during very hot weather. We chose this apartment partly because it advertised air conditioning, and I specifically confirmed this before booking. Unfortunately, the air conditioner could only run for 20 minutes at a time and did not cool the apartment. It was also very dusty inside, which did not seem hygienic or safe to use. As a result, the apartment remained extremely hot at night and only became comfortable in the early morning. The apartment was generally not very clean, with noticeable dust on the walls and light fixtures. The fridge also did not cool properly, and some of our food spoiled after about 12 hours. The bed linen had holes, and we noticed pet hair on the bed, sofa, and outdoor furniture, so guests with allergies should be aware that a cat may stay in the apartment. When we arrived, there was no washing-up liquid, some plates were cracked, and both the kettle and one fan were broken. To the host’s credit, she responded quickly and replaced these items. However, the biggest disappointment was that the air conditioning did not work as expected, which significantly affected our stay. The apartment would also benefit from some basic maintenance. We noticed a cracked electrical outlet in the bathroom, parts of a door that had been repaired with tape, and several other small issues that were noticeable during our stay
