Falcon's Nest is a newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo nestled in the Alpine Village Condos off of Icicle Road, just across from the Adventure Park.

Designed with comfort in mind, this upper-level condo serves as the perfect home base for exploring the Village, hitting the trails, or simply unwinding from the daily grind.

Inside, an open concept layout welcomes you with a cozy stone fireplace, TV with Firestick for streaming, and plush couches in the main living area.

The dining room comfortably seats six, while the adjacent kitchen bar offers seating for four.

The well-equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker with grinder, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals before your adventures.

The first bedroom boasts a queen bed and TV with Firestick, while the second bedroom features a king bed, desk with printer, TV with Firestick, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Guests enjoy the convenience of one assigned covered parking space, a washer and dryer, a private covered balcony, and a locked storage closet for skis, snowboards, bikes, or hiking gear.

The condo is located within walking distance to the Adventure park and the Village, and is just a short drive to Leavenworth Golf Course (perfect for sledding/XC skiing in winter) and the Enchantments trailhead is approximately 14 miles up Icicle Road.

We are subject to the complex and the Chelan County plows who service this complex and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
