The spa is situated adjacent to the laundry room. There is deck along the rear of house overviewing a sprawling fenced-in yard with driveway for ample parking. There are fruit trees including plum, fig, and pomegranate; several flower gardens, and magnificent trees.

The kitchen features a large winged island, granite countertops, pantry, large stainless steel french door refrigerator, gas stove w/ full oven, a large air fryer, coffee pot, microwave and all the utensils, pots & pans, and kitchen stuff that you will likely need. Check the lazy daisy corner cabinet for pots. Pans are located in the cabinet at the island. The thermostat is in the hallway, the house has a full HVAC system for your comfort.

The backyard is very large and allows space for quiet contemplation. The plums, figs, and pomegranates are free when available - in their seasons of course. We are in the inner city in a gentrified mixed neighborhood. The people are humble and generally nice so extend peace and love to all even as we extend peace and love to you our guests and friends.

This home is beloved because it is located close to Madea's famous historical home. Tyler Perry's studio is a little more than a mile up the street. Regular touring occurs with people visiting Atlanta's historic sites. The records show that the home was built in 1920 and this is when the records began. It is reported that the first female to attend and graduate from Georgia Tech lived here.
