About this house rental
Welcome to my single story Charming Victorian Home w/ a large backyard in quiet Historic West End, literally the perfect sanctuary w/in downtown ATL. It's situated w/in a short walking distance to the Westside Trail of the Beltline, parks, Lee & White (houses popular breweries like Monday Night Garage & Hop City Box Car) & foodie worthy restaurants. The walk takes about 5 - 8 minutes. Also walk or drive (3 min) to West End Marta station. Short drive to World Ctr & Mercedes Benz Stadium too!
The space
My house was built in the 1920s and has been renovated with newer finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. While there are some modern touches, the house still maintains it's old character in feel. There is a spacious common area with an open floor plan flowing from the living room to the dining area and into the kitchen. It's perfect for entertaining a small group, pre-gaming for a Falcon's game at the Mercedes Benz stadium or just relaxing in the comforts of a cozy home by yourself or with close friends.
The front porch looks out onto a quiet street where you can relax in a large swing bed--ideal for naps and reading outdoors! There is a grill out on the back porch for your enjoyment too. Super friendly neighbors abound and other Airbnbs are on the same street. So, you can rest assured it is safe!
Each bedroom includes a large flat screen TV. The living room boasts a game day ready tv at 65" large!
