This incredible one bedroom apartment is within walking distance of Smith's Grocery Store and Whole Foods. It is located in the historic Lady Madonna building which is cradled in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Everything that the city has to offer will be at your fingertips! Whether you are here for the skiing or taking in the city life, the Citra Flat is conveniently located to everything you want to do in Salt Lake City.
The Space:
The Citra Flat has been curated with a relaxing Boho chic style. It is located on the second floor of the Lady Madonna Apartments. When entering the building, you will go up a half flight of stairs to access the second floor hallway. We have tried to anticipate your every travel need to maximize your comfort during your stay. You will have access to high speed internet whether you are streaming movies or needing to upload/download at fast speeds for work. The living room also has a Smart Roku TV for your favorite streaming services. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools you need to feed your crew. The bed is made with luxury bamboo linens and a plush duvet comforter to offer comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. The sofa bed is equipped with a Serta mattress with extra bamboo linens available in the master closet for additional guests.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire apartment. We offer self check in so you can arrive anytime that is convenient. The building and apartment door codes will be sent to you the day of check in. The door locks automatically, so be sure to keep these codes on hand at all times. You will also have a reserved parking space behind the building to use during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Lady Madonna Citra Flat is located in the city center and is walking distance to Smith's Grocery store and Whole Foods. It's located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, just 1.6 miles from Salt Palace and 1.6 miles from Temple Square. With free private parking, the property is 1.8 miles from The Tabernacle and a 8-minute walk from Trolley Square. Red Butte Garden is 3.6 miles away and Utah's Hogle Zoo is 3.9 miles from the apartment. Family History Library is 1.8 miles from the apartment, while Utah Museum of Natural History is 2.1 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Salt Lake City International Airport, 5 miles from Lady Madonna Citra Flat.
Getting Around:
You can get to grocery stores, fast food, restaurants and entertainment all within a short walk of the apartment.

Cute little renovated apartment close to U of U and Primary Children’s. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re traveling in full sized trucks or SUVs unless you don’t mind parking in the street. Other than that, the host was super responsive, respectful, and instructions were absolutely clear and easy to understand. The decor was beautiful, all of the basic needs in case you were wanting to stay in were available. There were little things that made me feel welcomed and cared about (like bottles of water in the fridge, toiletries, extra blankets, board games, etc). The building was fairly quiet, there were some street noise but that’s expected for the location. We felt safe and comfortable.

The property was centrally, located and easy walking distance to Trolley Square, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s, which was great for us.It was cute and clean and well appointed, in a nice older apartment building. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with artificial fragrances from the laundry soap permeating the linens/towels. The artificial fragrance smell was overpoweringly caustic, I could not sleep in the bed (slept on the couch with all windows open) the first night, as the artificial fragrance gave me a horrible headache. We ended up spending a whole day doing laundry, washing the sheets multiple times (with white vinegar and non-scented laundry soap) to try remove the scent. Thankfully, there was a washer and dryer in the unit. We did reach out to the host about the scent, but they did not respond with any help or suggestions until we checked out. They did say they would be talking to their cleaning staff to revisit their cleaning products. And I sincerely hope they do.If you are sensitive to artificial fragrance please be aware of this might not be the right place for you. We have never had an experience like this at a hotel or any other lodging. The scent was extremely unpleasant and overpowering, and honestly kept us from hanging out in the space as much as we otherwise would have.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this apartment was priced and located better than most of the hotels! You are downtown, right next to a grocery store and the apartment has everything you need. Easy to check in and out, had everything as described. Perfect for 2.
