New townhouse in downtown with 2 car garage

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Two car garage good for mid size SUV. Host provides clear check in/out instructions before check in day. Good communication. Highly recommended.

This unit is very clean and in a great location! Little to no street noise yet walking distance to Smith's Grocery, Trader Joes, and TRAX station. Communication with the host was excellent. One thing to note is the garage will not accommodate a truck or large SUV but the property complex does have two guest spots available and plenty of street parking.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Salt Lake City. Within blocks of Trader Joe's and Smith's Market place, as well as a multitude of restaurants and attractions. Unit was clean and check-in was a breeze. Property manager communicated with me well. The 2-car garage was a nice feature. Would stay here again when visiting the Wasatch Front.

The property is within very close access to Trolly Square, and other restaurants and stores in that area. We could walk to everything. We used the electric scooters to go downtown. It was easy and fun. The property was very clean. The garage was a great plus for parking…although there was plenty of street parking. We had some trouble with the front door electronic lock, but the owner was able to open it with her phone app and responded quickly. My son was able to use the lock more successfully. I think it may have been because his hand was bigger. Lovely place. I would stay here again. Thank you.
