Cable TV offers additional entertainment.
This condo also includes a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip and cooling central air-conditioning.

Intermittent access to the patio may also generate noise during the weekdays; No other amenities of the home should be otherwise affected.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My husband and I staying at this property for a week. Loved sitting on the porch with view of the ocean

My family stayed In this beautiful newly renovated condo for a week and had an amazing time! The location was great and only a short drive from most of the areas top attractions but still seemed quiet and the beach was not super crowded (even for peak summer July travel!) The condo had a washer and dryer in the unit as well as your standard full size fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen included pots, pans, and every appliance we needed to cook multiple meals. The deck / ocean views were amazing and inside the TVs had cable and Disney Plus which helped my 3 year old to sit still for a few minutes. It was a very short walk down the stairs to the beach and the pool. We will certainly be back if we’re ever in the area again.

We had a great stay at the Sandpiper! The townhome is clean, comfortable and in a great location!! Most comfortable beds that we have had in a vacation rental! We plan on returning!
