New Summer Deal: Free Fun and Beach Gear Credit

The view from the balcony was wonderful. Beach was clean, uncrowded, and easy access,

There were ants in the kitchen cabinet, several dead ones on the bottom shelf of the cabinet, and ones that were alive and crawling between the microwave and the cabinet (the several dead ants lead me to believe the host already new there was a problem). I called immediately and was told someone would contact me in the morning,; no one did,. I called again later the next morning and was told that I should not have been told someone would call me, and I would be placed on a list for maintenance to come, but didn't know when that would happen. So we could not use the cabinets for the food we bought, we had to keep everything (perishable and non perishable items) in the refrigerator. The vertical blinds in the living room and the master bedroom were broken and stuck in a half open spot,, they could not be drawn closed for full privacy or opened all the way to enjoy the view. The balcony light would flicker badly when turned on from the switch in the living room ; all of this was also reported to the host and nothing was done about. The bathrooms were outdated, and the shower barely had any water pressure, more or a light trickle spray. The remotes for the TV were sticky (not sure what was on them) and TV's in the second and Third bedrooms could not be used (no signal). It was not a good experience, mainly because when notified of issues, there was an "oh well" attitude, someone will get there when they can.
