About this apartment rental
This family accommodations are close to all sites and amenities. Studio double cabin in Private residence "Le lagon bleu" on the 3rd and last floor with elevator, quiet and secure.
Balcony with open view.
The apartment is equipped (fridge, microwave/grill, coffee maker, televisions (living room and bedroom), hob, table and chairs...), wifi.

The studio has a balcony and its furniture (Table + chairs)
EVERYTHING IS ACCESSIBLE ON FOOT, 10 minutes from the sea 700 m (Seaquarium sector), 15 minutes from the city center and 3 minutes from shops (bakery, small casino, newsagent, laundry, restaurant...). Access to the bike paths at the bottom of the residence.
The residence has a large swimming pool + communal wading pool (open from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm, closed on Tuesdays), video surveillance, petanque court in the residence, space for bicycles, lifts.
Nearby: Night amusement park open in summer, Flamingo Casino, Seaquarium, Babyland children's games, Bicycle rental, Equestrian centers.
You are less than 30 minutes from Montpellier, Aigues Mortes, Grande-Motte, Saintes Maries de la mer, Palavas-les-Flots and Nimes.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Non-smoking apartment.
Pets not allowed.
In order not to burden you with the rental costs, the cleaning is at your expense at the time of departure, (the cleaning products are in the studio) I am counting on you to put everything back in its place and leave it clean.
Otherwise, the cleaning deposit of 50 euros will unfortunately not be returned to you.
To book the week or fortnight a deposit of 30% I asked you.
It will be necessary to leave a deposit of 300€ for the apartment and 50€ for the cleaning to be paid by bank transfer before the stay.
