Un seul bémol.... l'appartement donnant au 1er étage et juste au-dessus de l'entrée de l'immeuble... il serait bien d'installer au-moins des rideaux sur les portes fenêtres.....

Appartement très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pieds ! Place de parking réservée. Le ménage était fait, l'appartement était propre. Les bémols : - place de parking étroite pour une voiture familiale, - extérieur commun aux immeubles côté cour manque d'entretien.
