This cozy apartment was in the perfect location, with great access to restaurants and shopping. It is a good place for 1-2 people. It even had a small fridge that we used to store bottles of sparkling wine to enjoy after spending the day exploring.
Elias made the check-in process so easy. He met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and gave us a bunch of ideas for places to visit and eat. He is extremely responsive should you have any further questions.

It was a pleasure to be a guest in your property. Location perfect. The welcome could not have been better from your helpful husband. We made cowboy coffee as you did not have a coffee maker. Otherwise we were happy to have had your place to enjoy.

I stayed for two weeks at Elias’s place in Montepulciano while I attended Il Sasso for Italian lessons. The apartment was perfect for me. It is small and not designed for cooking but with all the great restaurants in Montepulciano who wants to cook? It was fine to make a small breakfast or lunch and it is centrally located to everything. The bed is fine for one person and adequate for my husband and I when he joined me for the second week. If you are a large size couple it might not work well. Elias is very helpful and responded immediately to minor requests (ie a bulb went out). The pictures represent everything very well. It is a very charming little place.

The ground apartment is large, excellent equipped and very cozy. It feels like home away from home! Elias is the best host! Elias is very welcoming and very helpful. Thanks for the great stay!
