About this cottage rental
Year-round cottage on Swan Lake offers the perfect setting for a family or group of friends looking to relax, play, and reconnect. The house was remodeled in 2022 with a 24x24 enclosed 3 season room attached to a two-bedroom cottage (1-Queen and 2 twin beds each with trundle bed sleeping 6).
Amenities include lake front property on all-sports lake, 100' dock, public boat launch nearby, paddleboards, firepit, grill (propane provided), 6'x4' dog kennel with sunshade, stocked kitchen with seasonings, pots/pans, coffee maker, oven/air fryer, toaster, crock pot, bed linens, toiletry items and more!
Dock is usually installed mid-April and removed any time after mid-October, dependent on the weather. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles. This is a smoke-free home.
If you are bringing one or two dogs on your trip, there is a pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pet(s). Pets while outside of the house must be leashed.
At no extra charge...Wildlife: geese, ducks, swans, eagles, herons, turtles, bass, catfish, bluegill, crappie, perch, and pike. Near-by restaurants, wineries, breweries, orchards, golf courses, skiing, horseback riding, and trails for snowmobiling, hiking, and biking. Add if you need anything, at all, the Swan Lake General Store w/gas station is around the corner.
Just a short ride to Lake Michigan, Gun Lake Casino, South Haven, Saugatuck, 30,000-acre Allegan State Game Area, and the Kal-Haven trail.
Our property has 2 outdoor security cameras.
