Clematis House consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining room with seating for eight, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a snug, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite bathroom, two doubles with en-suite walk-in shower rooms, and a family room with double and single with en-suite bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. A short drive from Padstow and Newquay. Within 0.1 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. For an opulent escape to Cornwall, choose Clematis House. Note: Steps throughout property, not suitable for those with mobility issues.
