In a quiet and new residential area directly on the famous love path in Crikvenica is this 2022 newly built holiday home with private swimming pool. This holiday home is the largest of three terraced houses. The stylishly designed holiday terraced house is suitable for 8 persons and is divided into two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. From the entrance area on the ground floor you enter the living room with kitchen and dining area which are fully equipped. At the back there is a separate toilet and a bedroom with its own bathroom. From the living area you have direct access to the outside area. An internal staircase leads to the 1st floor. The first bedroom is equipped with separate beds that can be put together if needed. From this room you have a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool. The second bedroom has a double bed, view of the sea and the city. The third bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom and also has a view of the sea, the town and the forest. The third bathroom of this house is also on the 1st floor. The outdoor area has a partially covered terrace which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is ideal for spending pleasant hours together. For this purpose, the high-quality gas grill from Weber comes in only handy. Next to the swimming pool, 4 sun loungers are available for sunbathing and lounging, as well as an outdoor shower. The entrance area and the 2 parking spaces are under video surveillance. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wifi. All rooms have a TV with satellite channels. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows.
