Argelès-sur-Mer, charming single-story villa 150m from the beach, very comfortable, tastefully renovated, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, equipped for 6-8 people:

Kitchen (American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, toaster),
Bedroom 1 (double bed 140x190cm, access to terrace, cot, high chair),
