Huge house. Fun design. We had an enjoyable stay. The dock is not much for a lake house of this size and not in great shape. Ladder and boat cleats need repair but we worked around both. Played at dock and docked rented pontoon boat. Property would definitely be enhanced with dock repairs. House has quirks but nothing that bothered us much. Had a very fun time

We came in January for a family get away and really enjoyed the large house! Having multiple living rooms, kitchens, and all the amenities made it such a great treat!

Overall good. Major problem with heating. Thermostats difficult to regulate.Some areas very cold others too hot. Property manager responded quickly. Tried to adjust room vents. This didn’t improve the temperature control much.

I'll do the pros first. Most of the bedrooms are large and all come with their own bathroom. Multiple kitchen areas, multiple washing machines. Hot tub worked great, pool table and ping pong table were fun. Plenty of seating in living area.
Now the not so good. This place was dirty. Not just dusty, but cobwebs and dead bugs littered the window sills, stairs and corners. The AC either didn't work, worked poorly or lacked instructions for us to use correctly. There are window units upstairs but the family area stayed very hot even after the sun went down. The wifi isn't going to be good enough for any kind of gaming or high quality streaming. We had 8 or so devices on simultaneously and had severe buffering/lag. The area near the fire pit and down to the lake, which has suffered a drought as of late, but quite dirty/messy with some litter. The tubs/showers either don't work fully or leak into room(s) below. Other review responses indicated this was fixed. We didn't find that to be true.
If you're looking for a budget option for a large group, this is a fine option, but I can't outright recommend it.
