About this house rental
Experience Norris Lake like a local in this 6-bedroom modern French country farmhouse. With two fully stocked chef's kitchens, a custom-made ping-pong table, and indoor and outdoor games for the family, this property offers a superb blend of comfort and serenity. Relax with stunning views from a covered nine-person dual lounger hot tub on the terrace level.
March - April 26 having 30ft in-ground heated pool built, which will be fully operational by mid-May of 2026. Pool has Endless Pool Fastlane and automatic cover. Swings shown in current pictures will be placed in our side yard with steps coming down from the pool so views from both locations will be fantastic. Happy to share pool renderings but didn't want to post pictures until pool is completed.
Outdoor kitchen with Primo XL ceramic cooker and Blackstone cooktop on lower patio next to the heated spa and pool. Gas grill and Big Green Egg located on upper deck.
Enjoy the best views on all of Norris Lake from most all the rooms as well as the double balconies. Indulge in the privacy of one of the two master suites with spa worthy bathrooms or rock on the five double porch swings that surround the outdoor fire pit while overlooking the mountains and lake.
A private community beach offers a place to launch canoes or kayaks (kayaks and a trailer provided complementary upon request) as well as a changing area and beachside private retreat to access the lake. Brogan's Boat Ramp (4 miles/10min. drive) and Beach Island Marina (4 miles/10min. drive), which offers boat rentals as well as boat launch/slips.
While this listing is new, we have two other properties (located in Coker Creek & Rockwood TN) with over 30 five-star reviews and are committed to making sure to exceed your family’s’ holiday and vacation expectations.
Each of our rentals are also our personal homes, so we spare no expense to offer luxurious accommodations including high thread count cotton sheet, quality/new mattresses, and a premium selection of blankets and pillows.
Our king size master suite has an adjustable premium hybrid Purple mattress, Purple pillows, radiant flooring in the bathroom, bidet, and soaking tub with stunning views of Norris Lake.
An additional king master suite is on the terrace level. The terrace level has its own private entrance (in addition to being accessible via internal stairs to the mail floor) with zero steps and has a fully stocked kitchen and two additional bedrooms. There are two parking spaces available at the terrace level allowing full accessibility.
This is an all-season retreat as the depth and height of the Mountain View’s along with the lake views can’t be captured by photographs and can be enjoyed from almost every room and window in the home. Fall is stunning with the mountains showing their full color as the leaves change.
Escape to this lake and mountainside retreat and enjoy all that Norris Lake has to offer including the cleanest/clear lake water in TN, hiking, fishing, restaurants (on/off the lake), and boating.
Centrally located with Knoxville (30 miles), Nashville (200 miles), Chatanooga (140 miles), and Lexington KY (160 miles) all within a few hours' drive. Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg are within 60 miles so the ability for day trips is endless.
That said...most people who come to stay often never want to leave the expansive views of our mountainside retreat!

We were in Maynardville for the funeral of our family matriarch -- this house was absolutely amazing! Everyone was in awe of the home, the decor, the view, the whole experience! Several were checking tags on sheets and blankets and bedding so they could mimic it when they got back to their own homes! Loved the stay -- it made a very sad time a much more enjoyable time spent with beloved family who came from near and far.

Our stay was lovely! The house was spotless upon arrival, and the king-sized bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking, and the coffee maker and the washer and dryer facilities were particularly convenient. The host provided excellent communication throughout the stay, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The clear instructions provided for using the amenities in the house were especially appreciated. This property is highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home, and we are hopeful to stay there again in the future!
