Our stay was the first for the owner so there were some low level “shake down” issues such as how to operate the cable tv, a few light switches not working etc., certainly no different from my own home. The owner was very responsive and I would guess that by now these small matters are fixed. Location is quite good. Unit is old but nicely renovated. I thought it a good value for the price
