*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful, tastefully updated property, close to the beaches, grocery stores, and food spots.Spent a 10 days at the house and hated leaving for how much we loved the place!

This house was perfect for our group. The living area was ample to accommodate our party of 6 adults as was the dining area and kitchen counter. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. The outdoor area was great. We loved the pool & hot tub, the outdoor shower, BBQ and everything was clean and well maintained, including pool towels! We enjoyed the games room and had lots of fun in there and all the beach equipment was super handy as we flew in, so were not able to bring out our cart/chairs/tent etc. a fantastic place which we will return to.

House was amazing, very clean, spacious and organized. We traveled with our family to spend 4th of July. If you are planning to use the pool(as we did) I don’t recommend this house and that’s the main reason we will never go back there, there is a neighbor who was very disrespectful with our family at any time of the day just because our kids were playing in the pool and making “noise”He knocked at our door and yelled bad words to our kids through the backyard many times, he also fought with his wife all the time and it was pretty scary and last but not least he was racist and xenophobic just because he assumed our family didn’t speak English( bad luck for him because we do)It is such a shame that people like him ruin guest’s stay with that kind of behavior. Ownership should manage this kind of situation and behavior otherwise a family rental shouldn’t be located in that neighborhood. We spoke to others neighbors and they told us the guy does the same thing every time
