We loved our stay. There were 8 adults in our party and we had plenty of space. It was clean and updated. Neighborhood was walkable to most things we wanted to do.

We were happy with location it's on the hop ono off tram tour route. AC a big issue it was 86 degrees inside when we arrived. Owner knew their had been maint on AC asked us to insert a new filter upon arrival and turn on AC. AC ran nonstop for 3 days never got below 73 in the house. Needs some work. Outside needs attention not as pictured the chairs around firepit are dirty and moldy and sticks down everywhere but inside was nice and clean and nice amount of space for 4 women. One asked that a mattress pad be put over the plastic wrapped matress upstairs to make it a little less noisy and cooler to sleep on.

Pros: Good location, clean overall, beds were comfortable.Cons: HVAC not working well, no dishwasher in the unit, laundry is located outside, bath towels were worn thin and too small, dining area needs an overhead light.
