The house served its purpose. Needs a little TLC and could be a great property. Sinks in bathroom backed up as well as the toilets had issues flushing. Unplugged a little black box in the kitchen to plug in the toaster and little bugs started coming out from around the kitchen sink. But once that black box was plugged in they went away. All in all it was a good house and did what we needed it too.

The location was an easy walk to Nights of Lights, historic downtown, etc. There was a great coffee and breakfast shop right around the corner which was perfect to start the mornings.

Pros: Good location, clean overall, beds were comfortable.Cons: HVAC not working well, no dishwasher in the unit, laundry is located outside, bath towels were worn thin and too small, dining area needs an overhead light.
