About this cottage rental
Welcome to our northern retreat! A private comfortable and newly built cottage on Lake Manitouwabing with fabulous sunrise and sunset views. Situated only 15 minutes away from downtown Parrysound and a gateway to 30,000 Islands. The is home to many beautiful beaches, parks and trails; with restaurants, bars, gyms, bakeries and golf at Ridge at the Manitou & more. Perfect get away for families and adventurers.
Weekly rental in July and August
The space
The cottage is great for families with young children. The cottage is not suited for groups of young adults as neighbours are not tolerant of noise or vulgarity. Groups of young adults or more than 8 will be evicted. The basement is currently finished with 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. A large tv room with a tv room and fireplace room. There is washroom but it is currently under renovation and not in use.
In the summer rentals are weekly/bi-weekly only and run Sat to Sat.
We have 2 docks to sit eat relax and fish. Screened in muskoka room to relax. we do not rent our boats. you can rent from the marina near by. Garage locked for our personal belongings, note that Pontoon and Seadoo are “NOT” available in rental or any use. Please respect our property. Check yourself in with the lockbox at main entrance door
Check in is 3pm and Check Out is 10am
All Watercraft must be used with Life Jackets. including canoe, aluminum boat, paddle boat, paddle board, kayaks
Well water is good for drink however at your own risk.
Other things to note
We are on a septic so no large amount of toilet paper or grease to be put down sinks or toilet. The dump for garbage and recycles near by. No food left outside as it will attract animals.
Wifi is available. There is bell satellite tv (free channels) you can also stream Netflix and others though your personal devices
