Small, functionally furnished vacation home in an extraordinary location with a garden and a large sun terrace, right on the beach in a nature reserve. Ideally suited for two people. Important: Conserving water is advised due to moisture-related soil erosion (septic tank).
The house has been renovated and is equipped with every comfort. Cozy interior. An ideal place to relax and watch the magnificent natural spectacle of the tides. A sandy beach is located directly below the garden. The climate in this wonderful location is very mild. Explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike—you’ll be constantly surprised by the natural beauty of the Côte d’Armor.
About the House: The architectural plans for this vacation home were drawn up by Le Corbusier, one of the most significant and influential architects of the 20th century. He designed this house in the 1940s as a studio for his friend Joseph Savina (sculptor). Le Corbusier spent his vacations in this house on several occasions, which is why we decided to name our vacation home “Le Corbusier.”
You will be personally welcomed in Plougrescant by our representative and given instructions regarding the vacation home.
Upon signing the contract, we will provide you with a booklet containing all important information about the house and useful tips on leisure activities, shopping, markets, dining, etc. We look forward to your booking! Very high-quality construction with every comfort and a well-maintained interior. Ideal location: short distances to the beach, restaurants, and shops. A wide variety of hiking and biking trails. Exceptional location in a nature reserve, very quiet.
