Discover the charm of Le Colza, a gîte located in the hamlet of L'Hôpital, in the commune of Chazey-sur-Ain. Steeped in authenticity, this gîte is located in the heart of a working farm. The open kitchen opens onto a living room and lounge equipped with a fireplace, perfect for winter evenings. A wooden staircase leads you upstairs where you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140x200), and the other two with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200) each. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with private toilet. Please note that heating is an additional charge. Outside, a garden shared with the other gîtes on site is accessible via the courtyard, offering an ideal space for relaxing in the peaceful calm of this hamlet. The gîte enjoys a prime location for exploring the region's treasures. Visit the Medieval City of Pérouges, a must-see historical site, or explore the Bird Park in Villars-les-Dombes. Meximieux, with its unique church and wooden stalls, and the mystical Caves of La Balme, are also nearby. For outdoor enthusiasts, several golf courses and rivers ideal for fishing are nearby. The Plaine de l'Ain Industrial Park is also easily accessible for business travelers, just 10 minutes away. Horseback riders are also welcome, with suitable accommodation options. This cottage is ideal for stays with family or friends, offering everyone the opportunity to get together while maintaining their independence thanks to the other cottages available on the property: Le Soja, which can accommodate 4 people; Le Colza, which can accommodate 4 people; and Le Maïs, which also accommodates 4 people.
