Boasting a hilltop location this villa seamlessly blends tradition with modern comforts. This property’s secluded location allows for a peaceful and laid-back stay.
An inviting swimming pool, sun loungers, a built-in barbeque, and an al fresco dining space provides ultimate relaxation and entertainment. With mesmerising views from the balcony, terrace, and pool, you’ll be surrounded by natural beauty and your favourite people all week long.
Inside, a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen await. Showcasing three bedrooms on the first floor, this villa also features an independent studio on the ground floor equipped with an additional double bed, kitchen, and bathroom.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure your stay is always cool and comfortable.
Due to the layout of this villa, the ground floor features a self contained studio apartment that is independently accessed. The first floor contains a separate entrance.
Please note this pool has a bathing platform that has a sudden drop where the water depth changes from .50m in depth to .90M in depth. The rest of the whole pool is 1.40cm Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 250cm wide. The path to the poolside is 120cm wide. From the main floor, there are 27 steps down to the poolside. This can be seen in the images. The terrace is made up of crazy paving, so uneven in places. There is also a vast lawn area. Inside, the first floor bedroom doors are 78cm wide, whilst the widest shower room door is 80cm wide. There are 27 steps down to the self contained ground floor apartment.
