This Swanky Studio flat is an ideal space for 2 and perfectly located between Balham and Clapham in South West London. The flat provides quick and easy access into Central London, while being minutes away from Clapham Common Park and just 2miles to O2 Academy Brixton. For business or leisure our Studio Apartment is your perfect short stay accommodation.

This Swanky space features a separate kitchenette for dining, and an ensuite bedroom. The bedroom is cosy, calm and elegantly designed ensuite offering a tranquil space for a good night's sleep and fresh linens and towels provided for your convenience.

Cathles Road is tucked between “buzzy” Clapham and Balham which are south Londons coolest hotspots. There is a local community feel, offering a wide variety of restaurants, a selection of coffee shops, delis and brunch spots, some cool cocktail bars and plenty of characterful pubs. Balham & Clapham Town are 10-20minute walk in either direction. Located on the Northern Line underground there is quick and easy access into Central London to Londons infamous tourist attractions
Transportation:
Public transportation options are easily accessible, with Clapham South Underground station and various bus stops within 5min to 20min walking distance. From here, you can easily reach central London and other popular attractions.

This spot was perfect for our stay. The local neighborhood is vibrant and the tube stop is close by, making it easy to get into the city for activities. Bed was comfortable and the unit was clean, check in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive. Review is 4 stars because the Wi-fi was spotty and it was just a little weird with the clear shower directly in the sleeping area. I was there with my teenage son, so one of us would sit in the kitchen while the other showered. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again if we came to London.

I stayed at this property for 8 nights it was exactly as I expected. It was small but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. 5 min walk to Clapham North railway station. It’s in a lovely safe area and 20 mins on the tube to get into London central or Londons amazing parks. I would definitely stay here again.
