Great location, clean and comfortable. Also equipped with multiple fans to help manage the summer heat. The apartment is up a few sets of stairs so be mindful of that if you've got heavy luggage or limited mobility. I appreciated that the lockbox for the keys was not directly by the door to the property, it felt like a reasonable safety/security measure. Location is good, 5 mins walk from Balham station and the street is a great hub with good restaurant options and a supermarket nearby. You do hear a lot of the windows are open but I expect that anywhere in London as it's a busy and bustling city and it doesn't bother me too much personally. The towels and linens provided felt fairly new and well looked after and the apartment was clean and well equipped. Host was responsive and supportive too!

My only point for improvement was that the small bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied from the previous stay. Everything else was perfect, it is very clear that this accommodation is well looked after, there was barely a speck of dust anywhere and mirrors were spotless.

Clean, quiet, homely and in an excellent location. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay again!
