About this house rental
This property is my home. When not rented out to vacationers I
live here. I have removed the majority of my personal things to
leave you a two bedroom, two bath home with AC, a fenced yard
for a pet and a salt-water 3-person hot tub in the back yard.
There is plenty of parking on the street and in the two driveways.
This property is best used by either two, three or four people.
Upstairs there are bedrooms with king beds and a TV in each
bedroom plus a full bathroom. The main level is open and has a
living room with two La-Z-Boy recliner swivel rockers, plus a
couch and TV. The dining table can sit 6, but is comfortable for 4.
The kitchen is stocked with spices and some staples. You can
use anything left in the property. The second bathroom has only
a shower and is located on the lower level, only 7 steps from the
kitchen. Outside there is a covered patio and fenced back yard.
The hot tub can be reached by going out the kitchen door into the
back yard. I welcome comments on what I can do to make the
property work better for guests.
I am a widow of two years who wants to rent my home out to
visitors so that I can go visit my friends and family across the
country. Staying here will help me afford my trips while I help you
have a comfortable home to stay in on your trip. My goal is for
you to have a good stay in my home. My son and I have been
managing short term rentals for about 20 years. We welcome all

The house was charming and cozy, exactly as described. The hot tub was an added bonus to retreat to after a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend a visit to Grandma's House to anyone!

The home was clean and welcoming. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and very well kept. I didn’t find email with the arrival instructions to get the key, but the host was easy to reach. After a quick two minute call we had the key and were inside. The views of the mountains from the neighborhood were great. The backyard is fenced in, though there were one or two spots where our Yorkies looked like they could have wedged themselves through if they’d put in some effort, but they enjoyed exploring the yard.There are plenty of shops, restaurants and grocery stores around. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity came along.

We loved the house, it was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable beds and everything we could have wanted. The location was excellent for getting to Garden of the Gods and everything we wanted to do.
