The home comfortably accommodates families, professionals, medical visitors, and guests seeking flexible furnished housing for longer stays. In-home laundry, smart TVs, pet-friendly accommodations, and a fenced backyard make everyday living easy and comfortable.
Our location places you within minutes of many of Durham's most popular destinations, including Duke University, Duke Hospital, RTP, Downtown Durham, the American Tobacco Campus, DPAC, Durham Bulls Athletic Park, Brightleaf Square, and the Golden Belt District located directly across the street.
Need a recommendation? We'd be happy to share some of our favorite local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, parks, and hidden gems to help you experience Durham like a local.

Great stay! Brad was extremely helpful and very fast to respond. The location is very convenient to the Golden Belt arts area, which I'd highly recommend. And the Hi Wire Brewery is always hopping.
