About this house rental
Felixstowe Ferry is a small fishing hamlet, it has a pub/ restaurant, two cafes, a sailing club, a golf club, a beach and is two miles from Felixstowe town centre. The Suffolk Coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The Old Pilot Hut has a lovely light and airy sitting/ dining room, with balcony on the first floor. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the same floor and small kitchen.
On the top floor is a small bedroom suitable for either an adult or two children sharing (single bed and trundle bed).

This property is best suited for couples, children and dogs very welcome along with additional adults. However, the bathroom is an en-suite off the main bedroom and the small room upstairs comfortably sleeps one adult or two children using the single bed and trundle bed. Two adults are possible but it is a basic room and NOT a double bed.
Well behaved dogs welcome, please do not allow them on the furniture and wipe paws after walks.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited.
Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise.
This is your home away from home, please care for it as such.
Please make sure to lock the door and shut all the windows when leaving the property. Use the key safe at the end of your stay to deposit the keys safely back

Parking a little limited but very friendly local's helped with spaces

Super location, for peace and stunning views.
Near to a good pub and a few cafes, though happiest place just sitting on the balcony, while kids played down below on the shore.
Very relaxing !
