Here is a charming house for 4 in Sarzeau ideal for a family stay or with friends! In a quiet location, just a stone's throw from amenities, beaches and Saint-Jacques port, you can easily enjoy beautiful walks, taste delicious seafood, swim, learn sailing or kayaking...
The house has a beautiful garden and a terrace where you will love to gather on lovely days to enjoy good barbecues or for a moment of relaxation in the sun.
The interior is beautifully decorated. On the ground floor, you will find the living area consisting of a bright and well-equipped kitchen (electric hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle), open to the living-dining room. The latter offers a view of the garden, making it a pleasant spot to gather around delicious meals or in front of a film on television.
Upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, simply but beautifully decorated, offering you a space conducive to a good night's sleep. The house also includes a bathroom, separate toilets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a barbecue. Fully enjoy your stay in this pleasant and welcoming setting!
