About this house rental
Swank & Linen Presents: The Aire Libre! This new listing was professionally and meticulously designed for splurge vacation-worthy comfort & amenities. This quintennial home boasts 3 king bed bedrooms PLUS a bunk room. As a bonus, enjoy an office AND an exercise room attached to the monstrous primary suite.
Escape to the beautiful turf backyard for some cornhole, smells of fragrant citrus trees, lush privacy landscaping, and a well maintained pool. Take advantage of the Blackstone grill and dine outdoors, enjoying the famously idyllic Scottsdale evenings, illuminated by string lights and landscape lighting.
Indoors, enjoy air conditioning, vaulted ceilings and stress-free tile flooring for easy indoor/outdoor transitions. The family room is designed for gathering with comfy seating around an oversized smart TV, surrounded by windows to let the outdoor breeze in. Let loose and enjoy the pool table, and, go ahead - grab a record off the wall and go back in time with vintage record fun!
The bunk room features two bunks with trundles underneath for a total of six beds. Toys, books and board games are provided to ensure everyone has the BEST time!
THE POOL
Surrounded by lush Ficus and citrus trees, this sparkling pool is meticulously maintained weekly, with the option to add heating (fees apply) for those chillier months. Pool equipment is app automated. Toys, noodles, floaties are provided in the outdoors toy chest. Enjoy the whimsical swings or sway the day away in the egg chairs. The poolside chaise lounges recline to your liking.
**The cost to have the pool heated is $85 per day (we don't factor your check out day). We require 48 hours notice and payment prior to heating the pool.
THE HOT TUB
There is no cost to heat the hot tub. Optimal temperature is 101-104 degrees – let us know if you have a preference!
THE YARD AND THE FUN STUFF
Outdoors: cornhole, rope swings, egg chairs
Indoors: Ping pong, pool table, record room, toys, books, board games and 3 large TVs.
THE KITCHEN
A gorgeous white, fresh, clean culinary haven. Our labeled drawers have everything you need to cook, clean and live in comfort – we don’t skimp the small details.
THE BAR
The 12’ bar counter is equipped with a beverage cooler and a bartender’s favorite tools and drinkware. A Keurig with pods and large coffee pot will keep you caffeinated all day!
PARKING
Garage and driveway is yours to use! Be courteous about street parking and kind to our neighbors.
THINGS TO KNOW
• The front door is equipped with a monitored Ring Video Doorbell.
• For pool heating, we need 2 days notice to warm the pool to temperature, especially important in the winter months. The cost to heat the pool with our propane heating system is $85 per day.
• Internet Access: Cox High-speed Internet – Wifi password provided in welcome email
• No pets allowed
• There is a laundry room on the main level with a washer and dryer and detergent provided.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. -- enforced by Scottsdale city ordinances. Thank you for respecting the neighbors.

Gina was a fabulous host! She was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. A bowl full of snacks and a welcome note was a great start to our trip.
The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. The decor made us feel like we were staying in a model home. It was exactly like the picture on VRBO, even the big duck in the pool was there to welcome us. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable. The outdoor space was so relaxing and has so much to offer. The neighborhood is very quiet and so close to everything. We didn't go out as much as we thought we would because the house was so beautiful and relaxing we just wanted to stay in. We highly recommend this house if you are traveling to Arizona and would love to come back and stay here again.

Traveling with a family of 7 is no easy feat, however, staying in the 2 Story Designer Luxury in Kierland really made our experience enjoyable and relaxing. My husband and I traveled with our 3 kids (10, 7 and 1) and my in-laws, by plane, so we were limited on the items we could bring. Gina had the house completed stocked and went above and beyond with the amenities and different features that were offered. The kitchen was completely stocked with cooking supplies (everything a Mom could need), the board games, yard games and pool table were a dream come true for the kids and the coffee bar, open floorplan, HUGE primary bedroom was everything the adults could ask for. The outdoor seating area was incredibly relaxing and there was enough space for everyone to be able to do their own thing. When we ran into a few heating issues with the hot tub, Gina was quick to respond and rectify the issue! The beds and couches were so comfortable, everyone was to catch up on their much needed sleep at night. This was one of the best trips we've had traveling together as a large group and if we get another opportunity to visit Scottsdale, we'll definitely be renting this, or any other home, that Gina has available.
