This gorgeous dream home is in the heart of beautiful Scottsdale / Kierland, boasts 3,800 square feet, six bedrooms and four bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower), and can easily accommodate up to 20 guests (5 king beds, 3 full beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen sofa sleeper).
Completely remodeled inside and out, this property includes all the luxury Resort Style back yard amenities you would expect from a home of this stature. The entry is expansive with its vaulted ceilings, where you will then find all new flooring, appliances, furniture and bedding for true comfort and a gorgeous décor.
Living Room: Comfortable and enormous sectional and 75” HD Smart TV overlooking the back yard oasis.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and features new stainless steel appliances, and all the supplies and utensils needed for the chef (or chefs!) in your group. You'll love the granite counters and island with bar seating. Enjoy those delicious meals and snacks at the kitchen bar or at the 8-seat breakfast nook table.
Dining area: Seating for 12+ guests at the large dining room table.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand Primary Bedroom (main floor)- King bed, along with a queen sofa sleeper. Take in the cozy sitting area with a 50” HD Smart TV, plus en-suite bathroom is luxurious, offering dual vanities, a gorgeous tiled Roman soaking tub, and separate shower. Step out into the backyard oasis and pool area, which is a true outdoor Resort Style Oasis!
Bedroom 2 (main level)- King size bed with full bathroom access nearby on this level.
Bedroom 3 (upper floor)- King size bed and 50” HD Smart TV with full shared bath access (bedroom 3 & 4 share a full bathroom).
Bedroom 4 (upper floor)- King size bed and 50” HD Smart TV with full shared bath access.
Bedroom 5 (upper floor)- Triple twin bunk beds, triple full bunk beds, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle and 50” HD Smart TV. Full shared bath access
Bedroom 6 (upper floor)- King bed with access to full shared bathroom on upper level plus access to outdoor shower (Bedroom 5 & 6 share a full bathroom on upper level).
Loft Game Room: Pool table, Concept 2 rowing machine, and 55" HD Smart TV. Enjoy two leather sofas and comfy chair, and a four-seat high top table for a perfect gathering space for some game time!
Hot Tub: Yes private
Pool: Yes, private pool. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. No pool heating is needed June 1-September 30. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels in the winter. Pool has a deep end of 9' and includes a diving board.
Outdoor Shower: Large stone outdoor shower on the side of the back yard.
Outdoor Fire-pit: Yes, relax and enjoy some conversation on the cooler evenings.
BBQ: Yes, enjoy some grilled favorites in the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, sink, 2 beverage refrigerators, two dining tables and plenty of cozy outdoor seating in the outdoor pavilion or at the grill & bar pavilion! Outdoor seating for 20+ guests.
