"La Villa BOT", near Uzès (5 minutes), will welcome you all year round (January to December) for 8 to 10 people.
House in the heart of the charming village of Saint Maximin, air conditioning, 5 minutes from Uzes, raised on 2 levels with a breathtaking view of the scrubland and a lagoon swimming pool of 18m X 15m, all not overlooked.
A large fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and a large terrace with a plancha on the ground floor.
5 bedrooms including 1 large master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and dressing room on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor including 3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 beds.
Incredible lagoon swimming pool with breathtaking view, pool house with toilet, wooded garden, large vegetable garden, plancha, teak deckchairs and magnificent garden furniture will allow you to spend a very pleasant moment in the calm of this typical Gard village.
A shower room and toilet completes the upper part of the house.
The maintenance of the house and the swimming pool will be carried out once a week during your stay.

Uzès, first duchy of France, with its Romanesque churches and cathedral, its medieval streets, its very famous market of local producers (Wednesday / Saturday), its Haribo museum and its famous Museum 1900.
