Renovated 2 bedroom log cottage on a quiet crescent. Open concept kitchen/living room with new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Sleeps 6. Ideal for family summer or winter getaways. Located only steps from the cottage is a host owned waterfront lot with lakeside deck, providing guests private access to the sandy beach of Lake Nipissing. Enjoy swimming, water sports, boating, fishing and stunning sunsets. Large grassy front/backyard with BBQ and firepit. Walking distance to restaurants/shops and a 5 minute drive to the marina and casino.
Guests have free us of stand-up paddleboards, canoe, kayaks and a peddleboat.

The property exceeded our expectations and although the weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the water toys, we were thrilled that they were an option for us. Michael was an excellent host.

Loved the cottage. Very comfortable. If the weather had been better we’d have been able to use the canoe. Would stay here again.
