About this cottage rental
Located on the city limits of North bay on the quiet 4 Mile Bay of Trout Lake, welcome to our cottage on the Peninsula. Enjoy early mornings with the sunrise or drinks over sunsets thanks to our private lake access and 2 separate docks for lounging comfort.
Propane BBQ, fire pit and outdoor gazebo and a hot tub are all available on site for use at your convenience.
Our cottage has everything needed for a family vacation or a quiet weekend escape, the cottage is fully equipped with Wi-Fi to make WFH a breeze, and the smart tv comes equipped with streaming services for late night movies. Comfortably sleeps 7 with the couch in the main area also doubling as a pull out bed.

We decided to spend Thanksgiving weekend with our college-bound son and family visiting from up north. Access to the property was easy, and communication with the hosts was clear and prompt. We enjoyed three beautiful days of above-seasonal weather—lounging by the lake, relaxing in the hot tub, and sunbathing on the deck. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the BBQ was spotless with burners in great condition. Evenings were spent in great conversation while watching the Blue Jays’ playoff run. The beds were a bit small, and we’d recommend bringing your own pillows, but otherwise, it was a wonderful spot for

Great property, easy access, a lot of stairs but manageable. Paddle board was a nice added touch. Docks were in good shape, and lots of sitting areas both on the docks and decks.

Great cottage with all amenities needed. Kitchen had everything we needed and the space was very welcoming and cozy. Adam was a great and responsive host!
