This well furnished and refined apartment features star vaults and decorated floors, providing ideal accommodation for up to six people. The property is located behind the church of San Matteo, a Baroque place of worship built in the second half of the seventeenth century on designs by Achille Larducci di Salò (nephew of Francesco Borromini), and a few steps from Piazza Sant'Oronzo, an elegant lounge characterized by Roman amphitheater of the 1st 2nd century AD and from the column of the patron saint of the city. A 5 minute walk is also Piazza Duomo, one of the rare examples of "closed square" in which the imposing bell tower, the work of Giuseppe Zimbalo, stands.

Best thing about the place is its crntral convenient location. Nice furnishings comfortable beds and couch and chairs..A couple of things - there was a bad smell in the bathroom from time to time. The hot water did not work until we figured out how to turn on the boiler outside on the internal patio. Needed more dish soap. Would have been nice to have a couple more things in the kitchen ie oil and balsamic. But a good stay.angood.balsamico
