About this house rental
At 100 meters from Piazza Sant'Oronzo, from the castle of Carlo V and from all the rooms, a beautiful, spacious and bright apartment on the first floor of a historic building consisting of an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two pretty little balconies. Star vaults in Lecce stone. Wood beams. Finely furnished, suitable for a couple, possibly with a child up to 1 year, who like to stay in the historic center and have everything within walking distance, without giving up their privacy. Not suitable for children.
The apartment is located in a small courtyard and has been recently renovated. We rent it at an absolutely promotional daily price considerably lower than the category average (it is a house and not a room!) because at the beginning of activity. We are very jealous of it! Inside you will find everything we thought you might need. Breakfast set, milk, coffee, tea and biscuits included. Also included is an exclusive welcome set for the bathroom and an excellent bottle of local Salento wine.
It is possible to access the court by car at the allowed times to unload luggage, but do not stop. The parking lots, for a fee, are 50 meters away. Free parking spaces can be found within 500 meters.
Very convenient for those arriving in Lecce by train.
A real bargain only for 2019, for attentive and respectful people, willing to reciprocate our courtesy.

During the stay, guests will have a phone number at their disposal to contact for any particular need.
The house has some simple rules that we ask our guests to respect:
1) Smoking is not permitted
2) We love animals, but unfortunately their access is not allowed, even if they are small
3) It is not allowed to move the furniture or change the distribution of the furniture
5) We love our home! Treat it as if it were yours!
6) Tourist tax not included equal to 2 euros per person for the first 5 days
7) The house has two double beds. If you want to use both, there is a supplement of 5 euros to be paid once

Fantastic apartment really close to all the major attractions in the Old Town. Clean, comfortable and Luigi had left things for breakfast and a nice bottle of wine.!!Highly recommended....

Nice spacious apartment. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful Host was great - good communication, left breakfast treats, wine, water, and enough amenities to start.

Fantastic property and location. Loved the rooftop terrace and 2 balconies—one facing each side of the cortile. About 3 minute walk to the heart of Centro Storico. I only want to warn that there are lots of stairs, so this would not work for those with mobility challenges. Also a but challenging—but do-able and worth it—if you have large luggage. Try to take a 22” bag or smaller if you stay here. It is very spacious and well equipped. An absolute gem and great value.

Luigi’s home is absolutely beautiful, well appointed with all that we needed. The stone work is gorgeous and beds comfortable. Able to explore Lecce and surrounds, whilst still wanting to come home and feel at ease, thankyou for a wonderful stay
