Be We rented the home for a weekend stay and upon arrival had no problem accessing the property; however, noticed the description is not correct on the booking. We expected the 3 bedrooms to have queen beds and the bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom on the first floor only had a full bed and very small, which we needed a bathroom on the first floor with a bedroom. There is no washer and dryer for use as listed and was told it’s in the basement but says do not enter. No one would know this if they were at the property. The floors were not clean and made our socks black immediately and pillows were very dingy and had an odor; however, I did contact the host and he was quick to respond to send a cleaning service and brought new pillows and pillow cases. There will be new pillows for guests going forward. I declined the cleaning service as we had our dog and this is very inconvenient as we already had our belongings in the home to have them come in. I swept the floors myself, and there is a mop there. The bathroom really needs a deep cleaning as the floors were very dirty, and home cleaned a little better between guests. The blankets, towels, and linens need a refresh and I think all would be great!!Just think the price for this stay was disappointing.I do have to say a positive, the close proximity to Clifton is nice and the breakfast the host brings is a wonderful touch! We never had that before!
