This one bedroom 1 1/2 bath condominium has a pool, oversize kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, electric stove, large countertop for seating. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a couch recliner, and a beautiful gas fireplace. There's one king bed, one queen sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, hair dryer, jetted tub. The lake front pool is the perfect spot to cool off after your fun activities in Hot Springs. This gated community condominium has all your vacation needs for the perfect getaway. Near the Salty Dog Boat Rental and Fisherman's Wharf. Only 10 minutes from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming. Only 15 minutes from historic downtown. Only 15 minutes from bathhouse row.

This property was excellent for our quick weekend trip. The location is great, and the condo is clean & spacious. We had more than enough room for just my spouse and I. The property management team provided excellent details making check in a breeze.
