About this house rental
End unit townhome in gated property, Towns at Tuskawilla Commons, in fantastic location in west Oveido, central to everything in Orlando or the beaches. Decorated in Florida theme-we hope you like wallpaper! :) This prime community is located at the corner of Tuskawilla Road and Aloma Avenue in Oviedo. With access to 417 less than 1 mile away, this community offers a convenient commute to almost every job center in Central Florida. This allows you to live here and work (and play) anywhere! Multiple entrances allow easier access to and from where you need to be, as well as a better traffic flow throughout. There is an open park with a pavilion, bike racks, and water fountains along the trail. This will provide you the chance to take advantage of the wonderful amenity provided by Seminole County! Youll love taking your pet to the community dog park and going on walks on the Cross Seminole Trail, which can be accessed through a pedestrian gate inside of Tuskawilla Commons. We have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (one with garden tub) plus an additional room with an office area, weights and a Peloton. 94 ceilings downstairs and 9 ceilings upstairs.
