Stay in the heart of downtown Clermont (Osceola Street), steps from Lake Minneola, Waterfront Park, shops, and dining. Easy access to Disney, Orlando airport, and major roads.
(2) pets allowed for a flat fee of $50 per reservation.
9 min to National Training Center. 13 min to Montverde Academy. 35 min to Disney World. 40 min to Orlando International Airport. 40 min to The Villages.
The Primary bed is a King, Guest bed is a Full, and other Guest has 2 twin beds.
*Bed Linens provided. There is a Murphy pull out bed also available in the living room.

This is a duplex property and Unit (215) is on the Left.
We have a long-term tenant in unit (225). Please, park your vehicles in the (2) provided parking spots on the left side of the unit (215).

What a great find! We have never been to Clermont. Took a leap of faith and landed in great hands. Perfect location which was easy to navigate to. The driveway is steep, so when using gps notice instead that the side street has a larger flatter driveway for easier access. It was great with plenty of space for 2 cars and handling baggage. The rental was spacious, extremely clean with fresh very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and useful kitchen items. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, convenient and for your pleasant and easy communication.

This rental was the perfect location for our needs. The house was very nice and had plenty of room. It was located in a quiet area but close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this rental.
