From the moment you step inside, you'll find a welcoming and comfortable space that's perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Our furnishings have been carefully chosen to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, while our amenities are carefully curated to ensure everyone can feel right at home. Whether you're here for a brief stay or an extended vacation, we want to make sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your stay. Sizes of Beds:
Daybed with trundle 4 twin beds, 2 king beds, 1roll away bed (tends to be a very small twin)
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is family oriented, close to schools and parks
Other Things to Note:
• Bedroom and bath downstairs.
• Just a reminder street sweeper comes Friday from 7am-3pm. Don't want you to get a ticket, there are signs on the street as well.
• This home is also ideal for extended and monthly stays. Please inquire about special rates.
• No Smoking, Vaping, or Recreational Drugs
• NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS!
• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• No candles or open flames (inside or outside).
• Violations may result in cancellation or extra charges per Airbnb policy.
• Any lost remote control will incur a $75 replacement fee.
• Pet Fee: $125 per animal. We are happy to host your well-behaved pets.
• Refundable Security Deposit of $500.

Dealing with family in California, that was in the hospital. Coming into a beautiful relaxing home eased the stress and healed the soul. We are so thankful to have found this home. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again .
