We are located next to several parks and state parks where park goers can enjoy activities such as boating, fishing, and hiking, and are a less than 20 minute drive to March Air Reserve Base, Lake Perris Recreation Area, Moreno Valley Mall, UC Riverside, and roughly an hour away from Coachella.

Garage is to be used as an emergency exit only at this time. Guests have full-access to rest of property.

House rules

•Due to being located in a residential area. We ask that guests keep their noise level down. We do not allow loud events for this reason.

•Please no smoking or vaping inside the property. Outside is fine. Be sure to dispose of cigarettes and other smoking devices properly so as not to start a fire.

•No pets allowed.

•In an effort to limit wear and tear on our floors. We ask that guests do not move the furniture.

•Guests are responsible for theft and property damage. Reach out to hosts to report damage immediately, so that we can work on finding a replacement before our next guests arrive.

Accommodations

•For late check-outs, please message hosts with your expected check-out time. We can accommodate up to one hour past 11 a.m. as a courtesy. A fee of $30 per hour will be charged past this.

•Guests who wish to extend their stay may do so, provided their extension date is not already booked. Please message hosts so a price not including the cleaning fee can be arranged.
