Beautiful Family Friendly Lake Front Home with Pontoon Boat Rental

Conveniently located in Littleton North Carolina, Mariners Retreat is the perfect family getaway on the lake.
Located in the peaceful Spinnaker Pointe community, the home is situated at the end of a shared cove with a beautiful view of the lake. The cove leads to wide open waters near the middle of the lake.
This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 9. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with adjustable firmness. The living room also has a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa.
Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen or use either the gas grill or PitBoss smoker on the porch. If you prefer to dine out, visit one of the local restaurants located less than a mile away. The kitchen also features a stocked coffee bar to enjoy coffee with a view on the back screened porch or take a cup to go. Tea is also available.
The screened porch would also be perfect for enjoying meals or playing games with the family outdoors.
Bring your boat or water toys and take advantage of the private community boat launch. The community also offers a pavilion and beach area.
After a day on the water, spend your evenings by the firepit making s’mores and sharing stories.

There is one closet inside that stays locked for inventory. The shed outside is locked for owner storage. Aside from that, the home is yours to enjoy. Washer and dryer are available for your use as well. We have one stand-up paddle board available for our guests. Life vests are on our boat. Please return after use.

There are 3 security cameras located on the outside of the home for the safety and security of our guests and our property. One by the front door, one on the side of the home and one at the back of the home. Do not tamper with security cameras. Doing so will result in an additional fee.

Linens and towels are provided. Beach towels are also available in the tote on the deck. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

We DO NOT have a hot tub/spa. This is a common glitch on VRBO app and website.

**Our 24-foot pontoon boat is available for rent seasonally (season runs April 1st through October 1st). We offer a great rate for our guests, $250 for the first day and $200 for each additional day. For comparison, the local marina offers 8-hour rentals for over $400.

Must have a valid driver's license and previous boating experience. No towing/skiing/tubing.

**Security deposit will be refunded 14 days after check-out if no damages are found.
