Beautiful studio, totally remodeled, bright, with a balcony and a view on Boulevard Saint Germain. Keep it simple at this stylish and centrally-located place in Paris 6th area/arrondissement (Odéon/Saint Germain des Prés), 5 minutes away from the Seine River and Jardin du Luxembourg.

In this area, there are many cafés including Le Procope, Les Deux Magots, Café de Flore, the Brasserie Lipp, as well as movie theatres, many bookstores, publishing houses and art galleries. Close-by, you will find Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Sciences Po, the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences, the Musée National Eugène Delacroix, the Luxembourg Museum, Saint-Sulpice church.

This time was my one month rent during my summer school. I've been renting other places before, this one at St. Germain is the best: perfect location, beautiful & clean, and Metro, bus are in front of the building with best view wih Medical school and walking distance to the Notre Dame, garden of Luxemburg, Seine river.two people can sleep with the couch bed. And the vey kind owner speaks perfect English. I may have to come back to my school net year in 2026. So convenientplace and best location.I really enjoyed stayin there!Thank you. Joy
