Welcome to this charming 50 m² studio, situated on the 5th floor (no lift). Modern, bright and tastefully decorated, it enjoys an ideal location close to Notre-Dame, the Panthéon and the Jardin du Luxembourg – perfect for exploring and making the most of Paris.
The main living area, which is both practical and cosy, features a relaxation area with sofas and a television for when you want to unwind.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), crockery and kitchen utensils. A dining area, complete with a table and chairs, allows you to enjoy your meals in comfort.
The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror, a washbasin and a built-in toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.
You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke alarm is installed.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The property is available for a minimum stay of 30 days.

Heritage & Culture: Just a stone’s throw from the Cluny Museum, the Sorbonne and Notre-Dame Cathedral.
Local life: Charming narrow streets, traditional bistros, lively terraces and the famous Place Maubert market just nearby.
Green spaces: The Jardin du Luxembourg is just a few minutes’ walk away, perfect for a peaceful break.
Transport: Excellent transport links via metro lines 4 and 10, as well as the RER B and C lines (Saint-Michel/Cluny).
The property is easily accessible by public transport.
The nearest underground station is Cluny – La Sorbonne (line 10), which is a 1-minute walk from the flat.
Charles de Gaulle Airport is about 50 minutes’ drive away.
Please note that arrivals after 10 p.m. will incur an additional charge of €20, and arrivals after midnight require prior confirmation from GuestReady. In this case, please consult us before making any reservations.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
