BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED CONDO WITH A POOL!! OR MAYBE IT'S A BEACH DAY!! This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo sleeps 5 comfortably. One bedroom with a king bed and other with a pyramid bunk twin over full, in addition a full sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen with a full size refrigerator, convection/microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner stovetop. One North Wildwood Parking Permit will also be included with this rental for those visits to the boardwalk!! Outdoor shower and gas barbeque available to use.
ONE OFF STREET PARKING SPOT, PLUS **PARK FOR FREE**ONE PARKING PASS IS PROVIDED TO RENTERS FOR ALL OF THE CITY OF NORTH WILDWOOD'S MUNICIPAL STREET METERS.
Rental does not include linen(sheets) or towels, however linen and towels can be rented locally.
Absolutely no rentals to groups under 25
The PREMISES are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
To rent this property you will be required to sign a Guest Lease Agreement and to abide by our rules, policies and procedures as outlined therein.
Pick up keys, codes, as instructed at our realty office between 12pm and 4pm. Check-into your property after 4pm. Check out at 10am sharp. You may not access your rental property or park at your rental property prior to 4pm, as outlined in the guest lease agreement.

Condo was perfect, pool was a great amenity for the kids and was kept neat and clean. The condo was the perfect size for our family and the parking spot plus the additional street parking permit were huge conveniences.
