This newly constructed luxury home sleeps 24!! Home is perfection for multigenerational gatherings, vacationing with a few families or large groups. Partial ocean views sits backing the Kukui’ula golf course encompassing gorgeous mountain views. Indulge while enjoying the private pool and heated spa. In the evenings entertain in the gourmet kitchen with seating for 18-20. The telescoping window walls of 60 feet throughout the home disappear; this home truly incorporates indoor outdoor living. During evenings unwind near the fire pit and tiki torches or take a dip in the hot tub.
THE SPACE:
Once entering Hale Kailanai Nui at Kukui'ula she welcomes with dramatic vaulted ceilings as you enter the gourmet kitchen with bar seating for six (dining/bar for up to18); this home is truly a multigenerational gathering space. The open floor plan the kitchen seamlessly transitions to great room and effortlessly into the resort style back yard on the 2nd hole of the Kukui'ula Golf Course. With walls of glass tucked away this is truly an indoor outdoor paradise. The home is situated to take advantage of the cooling trade winds year round. Every bedroom is appointed with large flat screen smart TVs and air conditioning, the living room is appointed with a generous selection of books and games for the children. Beach supplies of chairs, umbrellas, ice coolers, and a cart to effortlessly transport the items are provided. Full size gym with treadmill, bike, free cross cable machine with bench, free weights, bands. Please ask about availability.
LOCATION:
Kukui'ula provides nearby shopping and dining at the shops at Kukui'ula via a private walking path to entertain day and evening be sure to check out the farmers market at Kukui'ula on Wednesdays and live music on Fridays.

- 2 glorious master suites (one up and one down stairs) with king beds and custom baths one enjoys an outdoor shower and tub where the other enjoys a high performance shower with outdoor lanai with expanding ocean view.
- Bunk room downstairs can hold up to 8 with two queens on bottom and two double beds on top. If you need an extra bed for an adult I am happy to provide a high quality air mattress adults should not sleep on top.
- Guest room down stairs offers a king bed with patio to the backyard.
- Loft features a king bed and 2 built in full size bunks with flatscreen TV, dresser, no hanging closet in the loft however, large dresser is available and plenty of hanging in adjacent room.
- Ohana Casita is situated from KING bed, a private entrance above the garage with lovely mountains views, kitchenette, shower with jets and private balcony. This room also has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa not pictured which was newly delivered.
- Heated spa, tiki torches and a large fire pit complete the backyard.

The VRBO was a dream property for our entire family of 18. So much space. Everyone had a bed and everyone had seating when we cooked meals on site. The view on Hole 2 of the golf course was stunning and we could see the ocean. We loved the giant (15') island in the kitchen. We had an abundance of plates, cups, wine glasses and silverware to use. Pots, pans, storage containers, metal straws, spices, olive oil, two refrigerators along with foil and saran wrap made it feel just like home. Several types of coffee pots, and also a vacuum to clean rental cars of sand before returning them. The outdoor kitchen had all we needed. Our ten grandchildren (ages 6-17), enjoyed playing cornhole and using the putting green. They also LOVED the many boogie boards available in the "beach garage". We had beach chairs, 21 beach towels, umbrellas and sand toys. Everyone had a seat on the couch or chairs when we had movie night. We loved being able to open the glass walls and let the Kauai breeze blow in. Nana & Papa enjoyed the upstairs Master because we could relax on the balcony and get an even better view of the ocean. It was a quick drive to Spouting Horn or Poipu Beach (where the turtles and monk seals were on the beach). Also a short 10 minute walk, to the shops that were close by, via the walking path. Enjoyed our morning walks around the area. Finally, Sarah was the ultimate host. Always available and ready to answer any questions we had. We would love to come back!

Sarah's place was wonderful, the perfect place for a large, extended family to spread out and relax. We'd love to come back soon! Having green wide open views in the front yard and back yard was a big bonus, it allowed us to take in the views from every angle every minute whether we were on a walk out the street side or in the hot tub on the back side. Can't wait to go back!

The home was beautiful and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and cozy. And the bathrooms were lovely. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor areas. There was always something for everyone to do. Our host was very courteous and helpful. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. It was in a beautiful location with gorgeous views. Our granddaughter cried when we had to leave. We will surely be staying here again on our next visit to the island.

An amazing home and property. Everything was well appointed and accommodated our group of 17 very well. Beds were very comfortable and the linens were of excellent quality. The pool was enjoyed by all and the large outdoor dining table made for memorable dinners. The location was accessible to many great activities including local beaches and boat tours. Sarah, our host, was quick to respond to any inquiries we had before and during our trip. Thank you Sarah
