Together, the villas offer 13 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, multiple living areas and kitchens, plus central A/C throughout—a particularly desirable amenity on Kauai.
Perfect for extended families, reunions, wedding groups and friends traveling together.

Each villa is designed to feel like a home rather than a typical vacation rental, with comfortable furnishings, quality bedding and well-equipped kitchens.
LOCATION
You’ll be in the heart of Poipu on Kauai’s sunny South Shore. Walk to beaches, enjoy the Poipu Kai resort grounds and trails, or head to nearby restaurants, shopping and golf.
Brennecke Beach is approximately a 10-minute walk, and Poipu Beach approximately a 14-minute walk.
BEACH READY
We’ve stocked the villas with the things families actually need for a Kauai vacation: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear and boogie boards.

There were 21 of us staying in 3 units that Jennifer helped us get. It was awesome and we had a great time

The condo’s were great. Very nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with what was needed. Nice location, close to several beaches, the pathways through the area made for beautiful walks. We also enjoyed the pools being so close and we had them all to ourselves, the kids loved it. It was also convenient to get to the mountain tubing experience, the Kalamaku Luau and to Captain Andy’s Nepali Coast tour and snorkeling. We had a wonderful time in beautiful Kauai. I also loved my morning coffee on the lanai, I’m going to miss that!

This property was in excellent condition and a fantastic location. What really made it glow was the friendly communication with the property manager. Jennifer was a joy to visit with and took great care to keep us informed of anything we needed to know about the area or on the property. If we have a big group trip again we would definitely stay here again.

We were disappointed that these condos were not next to each other and so far from the beach. There is no ocean view. The road construction outside the units was also a disappointment.
